The goal of Amiibots is to take amiibo data collected from different users and battle them against each other! Users can upload their amiibo at our website to see them fight on the stream. A more in depth explanation can be found on Exion Vault
The fights that run on on stream have the following rules:
It's still currently in alpha, so you may notice the program hang, get lost in menus, or disconnect in general
Please note that donations are not required by any means, we love to have you here!
Tips and donations are strictly voluntary; no goods or services are provided in exchange. They are non-refundable so please make sure you're 100% certain that is what you wish to do!
Betting is based off CupNoodle's betting bot. Big thanks to CupNoodle for the help with the betting logic!
There are three commands related to betting:
Bet
o/bet {amount} {player}
- Used to bet on an amiibo. Can only bet before the match starts.
Shorthand:
o/b {amount} {player}
Examples:
o/b 100 1
- Bet 100 of your potatoes on player 1. o/b 10% 2
- Bet 10% of your current potatoes on 1 o/b a 1
- Bet all your potatoes on player 1
Balance
o/balance
- Shows your balance, as well as your standings on the betting leaderboard, and how many potatoes you need to reach the next rank
Shorthand:
o/bal
Current
o/current
- Shows how much you have bet on the match, how much you'll win back, and how much you'll profit. Also shows the current odds.
Shorthand:
o/c
Be careful! Once you make a bet you can't take it back. But you are able to bet on both sides!
If you fall below 100 potatoes and lose a bet, you will be reset back to 100 potatoes automatically (500 if you are subbed)
Why are we betting potatoes? The first bet made on an amiibots match was between Sheiky and Zizogod for a sous vide potato Zizogod cooked for 3 hours. Luckily, Zizogod won, and got to keep his dinner he worked so hard on.
Want to join tournaments? Find players to do quick arena matches? With the wide variety of amiibo discord servers, there's something for everyone! Our friend Amiibo Doctor lays out the details of the servers listed below in his video. Here's our quick summary:
Splice Stream, while not exclusively amiibo, is primarily focused on them. Splice organized GAUSS, the largest amiibo tournament series ever, where amiibo trainers compete in a variety of tournaments to earn points and qualify for the Final GAUSS-down
Amiibo Gateway: A server focused on connecting all other amiibo communities and increasing exposure to smaller communities, acting as a Gateway to amiibo communities
SUAL - Discord Server focusing on Vanilla Arena Tourneys every Sunday!
Exion - The oldest and most well known amiibo community. Similar to Splice's Discord (listed below, this community follows Cloud as a content creator, and has focused on a wide variety of things throughout the years (SMBX, CFA, Sm4sh Amiibo) and are currently looking at SSBU Amiibo Power Tag Tourneys.
British Amiibo League - A Discord Server focusing on Spirit Arena's. While most users in the other discords listed are active during NA Timezones, The British Amiibo League have most users active during BST .
USAC: One of the larger amiibo servers, with roughly 125 online memebers at a time, focusing on vanilla bin tournaments (though other types of tournaments are hosted as well)
Amiibart Official: Not a server that hosts amiibo content, but rather promotes other amiibo amiibo content creators and servers using an innovative idea: Collectable Digital Pictures captured from in game smash bros. These collectables are redeemed via codes dropped in servers and streams of amiibo content, increasing awarness of the scene at large.
Amiibo can be submitted to the stream at the Amiibots Website. The only two things you need are a twitch account and the file off of your amiibo figure! Once you have the file (guides below), you login to the website with your twitch account, and upload the amiibo bin file!
Guides on how to get the file from your amiibo depends on what phone you have, and if it has NFC capabilities. For IOS, or andriod users that don't know how to install stuff outside the play store, you can use this guide. For android users, or anyone that doesn't have an nfc capable phone, this guide details how to participate!
