I LOVE Running! I've been a runner since before I started streaming, but especially while streaming full-time over the last 7 years, I realized just how incredibly important it is to stay active! Running makes me feel so much better every day, physically and mentally. It's a huge part of what makes me so positive and helps me be the best version of myself for you guys! I LOVE that I get to share a bit about my running and active life with you all every day, and I hope that I can encourage our amazing gaming community to get more active too!
If you're curious about my running gear, I use a Garmin Venu watch to track my runs & other activities, Rechargeable Knuckle Lights for all the evening runs to see & stay safe, am forever searching for the right shoes, but generally look for low heel-toe drop (5mm or less), and swim w/ a Finis Neptune bone conduction mp3 player for cross-training. I'm totally a tech nerd, I fully admit it, so of course I love running & fitness gadgets! Absolutely feel free to ask me questions about that too, but another amazing resource w/ way more info than me, that I use myself, is this website: DCRainmaker
