With your help, I could be the biggest streamer on Twitch! (ha ha ha, I know, bad joke)
But yeah, I've been working on a game called Dragon Kingdoms: A Legend's Beginning and streaming its progress. As far as I know, I'm the ONLY one streaming this game...
For the first couple months of streaming, I streamed only that game and gamedev, but then started adding games at midstream such as Secret of Mana, Dragon Quest XI S, and Final Fantasy XVI.
Maybe not the latest and the greatest, but most of the best games are older, or are indie games that call upon games that are older, anyway.
"Why only PC games?" Because nearly everything is digital, I don't have to worry about breaking those tiny discs or cartridges, or use those dinky controllers. My hands would cover PEOPLE let alone the controller. I'm almost 40 meters!
"And why the green getup all the time?" Because green is my favorite color, it's befitting a giant, and it gets expensive having that stuff custom made.
"Well, at least get that hair cut!" Sure, let me commission a lawn mower to do so. Seriously, can't do a lot about it- when you're this big, it seems to change quite chaotically.
Have you seen the Red Dead Redemption 2 video where the guy is modded to be 20 times human size? His hair goes ALL over the place, mine is just a little messy by comparison. And that's about as big as I am...
OOC: This is based off a thing I did on Deviantart where a giant would play videogames.

Games I've played on stream: (grades are the same as school, A through F, I is incomplete) Secret of Mana (C) Secret of Mana Plus (A) Secret of Mana Climate Crisis (D) Dragon Quest XI S (C+) Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake (C- so far, same as Radiant Arc?!) Trials of Mana (C) Breath of Fire (B) Final Fantasy XVI (A, so far) Radiant Arc (C MINUS due to Phisudora Arc) Beloved Rapture (D) Phantasy Star IV (D) Crystal Project (D) No running and overtuning kills this one. Shining in the Darkness (C) Sword of Vermilion (C) Silver Daze demo (C, but it can grow) Sea of Stars (B) Chained Echoes (F) Castlevania SOTN (B)
So, out of the three retro themed games, I'd say Sea of Stars is far and away the best, with Beloved Rapture not being that good, and Chained Echoes no, just no.
The response here to Chained Echoes almost cost me playing Final Fantasy XVI because both are Mature-rated games. Then it turned out that didn't matter, as FFXVI is doing really well. To this day, CE is the only game to actually COST me followers. Grade: F!!! If I could grade it lower, I would.
Beloved Rapture is that type of game that can't tell if it wants to be a light-hearted romp through the countryside like in the first part of Chapter 1, or a super-dark, edgy type game, or one that just takes place in a ruined world like Chapter 2. (Which also took DQXI S down in my rankings). Grade: D
Phantasy Star IV, what can I say about this one? There's no world map and the game is far more clunky and not as fun as I remembered it being in 1995. It has a strong opening that quickly drops off. And remember, this game cost $100 in 1995... OUCH! Grade: D
Radiant Arc, what can I say about this one? It's like it didn't want me to play it, with a crash fairly early on, that in retrospect, I should've gone on with a different game. Yeion Continent was the second sign that this game actually isn't that good, with Phisudora's TERRIBLE balancing issues and unattractive setting ultimately leading to me dropping the game. Grade: D but close to C-
Secret of Mana Climate Crisis- the only crisis here is that the game is worse than vanilla. A HUGE part of that is losing the Forest of Seasons, one of my favorite sections in gaming, to replace it with a Twilight Forest that isn't half as fun. When Kakkara is more appealing, there's a problem. And after Mandala there may as well be no change. Grade: D ALMOST an F!
Crystal Project- well, this one actually starts off pretty fun, much like Trials of Mana, it deceives you into thinking you're getting a good game. But here, you can't run from enemies and the enemies get obscene HP and stat boosts starting with the desert. Play a better game, there's so many out there. Grade: D
