1. Start from scratch 1a. 500,000$ starting balance 1b. 1,000,000 loan. 1c. Medium economic difficulty 1d. No starting farm

<--------- Game Settings --------->

2. 5x game speed on 4 day's per month (Yes Matt you can't do more than 4 day's as the more day's you have the easier the challenge is) 2a. Periodic ploughing, crop destruction, lime, weeds, fieldstones must remain on 2b. Damage from disaster must remain on at all times. 2c. Trailer fill limit on. 2d. AI workers refill options must be switched off

<--------- Challenge Rules --------->

1. Must purchase a farmyard with your starting 500,000$ on first day.
2. All buildings, storage facilities on said yards can't be sold/deleted for 1 game year of owning the farmyard (this includes anything you have placed).
3. Not permitted to pick up any of the collectibles (just because they are shiny doesn't mean they are yours).
4. No field flipping.
5. All map mods allowed, however all other mods must state by GIANTS Software.
6. Not permited to borrow equipment with contracts, however any leased equipment can be used on contracts.
7. Leased and purchased equipment must remain on your books for 1 game year before you can cancel anything leased or sell anything you have purchased (note anything you previously leased and now own is now subject to the rule of been new therefore you must keep it for a further year before you can sell it).
8. You start off with 1 hired helper every additional hired helper can be used for every 6 fields you own however you must provide each hired helper a deco house on your land (if in MP then each hired helper can be replaced with an actual person).
9. At midnight regardless what you are doing, it is tools down and sleep until 7am the next day (in MP from 6pm if all agree then you may sleep until 7am the next game day).
10. Not allowed to edit or use edited mods. Any mods found to be edited or not Giants own mods automatically disqualifies you from the challenge.
11. Not allowed to use the dev console for anything.
12. Buying land must be adjacent to land you already own, if a river/road is between your land then it is still considered adjacent.
13. Matzy Rule any rules can't not be changed to suit your needs, any cheating or rules been altered (this includes loop holes) will be seen as automatic disqualification from the challenge.

1. Most important regardless if your in SP or MP the challenge is completed as soon as your no longer in debt and have 1 million in you bank balance (you are not allowed to sell land can never be sold). And all Vehicles for Contracts
2. Each farmyard you own must have 1 animal pen on it with a minimum of 100 animals. Note horses do not count.
