What's up everyone?!
My name is Alex, I'm 33 and live in Ukraine.
After years and years of working for "the man" I finally realized that it was not for me and decided to give up my successful and well paying career and work on something of my own. So here I am, doing my best to turn streaming/content creation into a career.
Currently I stream Heroes of Might and Magic 3: HOTA, but in the future I will likely stream other games as well.
I'm also continuously making video tutorials on Heroes 3 Strategy. These videos are mostly made for new players who want to learn the game and improve to be able to win online against other players. But as I release more videos they will start transitioning to more advanced strategy as well.
Strategy videos (I will add new ones at least once a week):

The Heroes 3 community is quite supportive, mature, and respectful as a whole, and I feel lucky to have become a part of it. However, I still think there's a need to set some ground rules for how we interact with each other. Breaking these rules can result in warnings, timeouts, and permanent bans, depending on the seriousness and number of violations.
No spoilers or stream sniping! This is probably the biggest rule, and luckily it is generally accepted by most as proper gaming etiquette, but it still needs to be said that if you stream snipe while playing vs me, or if you spoil to my opponent or me (in case my opponent is also a streamer) what the other player is doing, you may catch a permanent ban without any warnings!
No hate. Be respectful of others. Don't be a dick. Tasteful trolling is ok, but you have to know where the line is between being entertaining and actually hurting someone's feelings. Being intentionally insulting to someone is not ok.
Keep two way or "inside" conversations to a minimum. This is not necessarily a bannable offense, more of a guideline. When you say something in chat, consider whether it is something that the rest of the chat is interested in hearing and/or knows about. If nobody besides you and the person you're talking to has a clue what you're talking about, and it's not something that everyone else would find interesting or entertaining, consider taking your conversation to PM instead.
The chat is English only! Any words in other languages will get a timeout!
And finally, if I tell you to stop talking about something, but you continue to do it, you will receive warning or a timeout, and possibly a ban.
You can also donate crypto, which is the best way as the fees are the lowest with it. (Although I don't have alerts for these, so if you do donate crypto, be sure to mention it in chat so I can check and thank you on stream!)
