Former professor, current vtuber. I'm an old man and I love old things. I do calligraphy, origami, mini painting, lectures, and, occasionally, video games. I am here to celebrate learning, exploration, amateur art, asking questions. Sharing knowledge. After all, all you are is what you give.

Since it comes up a lot - I'm pretty old and overeducated. I did an undergraduate double in chemistry & history, and did my graduate work in sociology that often blurred into anthropology and history. I've got about 20 years of teaching experience, mostly adult continuing education. So yeah! Don't do what I did kids.

Per the philosopher Karl Popper: I ain't gonna tolerate intolerance. If you wanna be racist or misogynistic or transphobic or homophobic there are plenty of other places on the internet you can go and not eat a ban from me.

Backseating is generally allowed, though try not to give me storyline spoilers if I'm playing a story-centric game. If you aren't sure how to ask a question without spoiling it, that's a sign you need a different question.
