Hi! My name is Martin "Anderzz" Schelasin and I've been a competitive gamer and professional in the esports space for well over a decade.
I started seriously gaming in TBC-era WoW and have reached high tiers of ladder PvP in essentially every game genre you can think of: FPS, MOBA, RTS, MMORPG, you name it.
For work, my background is in financial analysis, business strategy, and complex systems simulation. In 2019 after working in small office private equity for a few years, I switched career paths and became the head coach and coordinator for the first collegiate esports program in my home state of Maine. After working in collegiate esports for 3 years, my competitive itch was back in full force and I delved deep into VALORANT during early COVID quarantine. Ultimately, those efforts earned me an opportunity as Strategic Coach for FNATIC going into Champions 2021. Following a Top-8 finish at Champions, I parted ways with FNATIC and became the head coach for VersionX, Version1's Gamechangers roster, until transitioning back to the main circuit in 2023. From there I worked as an on-and-off Strategic consultant with FNC throughout 2023 and 2024 including our first international title win at LOCK//IN, as well as a Top-4 and Top-6 finish at each year's Champs. As of the 2024 Offseason I'm LFT.
In addition to coaching, I create analytical content, tier lists, and playbooks for my Patreon, teach courses for a number of educontent outlets, and do broadcast work as both on-camera talent and backend statistical support.
Outside of work I have a pretty eclectic mix of tastes, hobbies, and experiences; I was in a children's circus for 12 years, have been a competitive Irish dancer and swimmer, collect watches, build custom keyboards, am an avid cyclist, regularly compete in TCGs and Tabletop wargames, am a bit of an audiophile, and work on and race tuner cars...
