I play Football Manager and other strategy / simulation games.
My saves are roleplay-heavy, long-term, and focused as much on relationships as tactics.

From the marshes of the West Midlands emerged Cleddon Boggs, more manager than man. Boggs is - allegedly - a perfectly normal thirty-two-year old human, a fact rendered questionable by his antiquated ways, insistence on a 2-3-5 formation, and the stench of death and decay that follows him like a bad cologne. Cleddon Boggs is, probably, not a good man. But what he is is motivated to bring Hereford back to their former glories - if he can learn to adapt to a brand new world. In Boggs' first season at the club, Hereford won the National League North; in his second, they won the National League with a squad of cast-offs and rejects from top academies. Now, their second season in the EFL approaches after narrowly missing out on promotion to League One in 27/28.
Goal? Gain promotion to the WSL and embark on a push for Champions League football. Result? A mediocre season ending in a fourth place finish, narrowly missing out on playoffs. Anc used this save to learn the new UI and tactics systems, and manager Sue Sylvester lost the dressing room in record time.
For seventeen seasons, Vanya Veremko managed Wrexham AFC, taking them from League Two to the UCL, transforming the club into a genuine world-class powerhouse playing ruthless, physical attacking football.
Then, in 2040, without warning or apparent reason, he quit.
Reemerging at Brighton, Veremko pulled the club back from the brink of administration and relegation and built a squad capable of challenging for top titles. But questions linger about his loyalty, his attachment to his old club, and his ability to handle scrutiny and pressure when there's nowhere to go but down.
This is my long-term FM 24 save, covering roughly 23 years with no vacations and no simulation, set in a dystopian near-future and populated almost entirely by regens.
