CWL is an independent tournament organization based on a Discord server, which has been organizing competitive League of Legends tournaments for its community since September 19, 2019. It’s an EUW-based amateur league that gives League of Legends players access to a professional esports experience by emulating Riot Games' professional leagues.
CWL’s mission is to bridge the gap between amateur leagues and professional play by offering invaluable experience to players, casters, and staff alike. By enhancing player visibility, CWL aims to become a scouting ground for ERLs, with the hope of producing future pro players.
The league is divided into three divisions, covering a broad range of ranks from Platinum to Master players.

Each tournament typically lasts 4 weeks, with scheduling and match timings communicated in advance. The overall split, including all tournament phases, spans approximately 2 months.
