• I struggle with a number of mental health ailments including ADHD, CPTSD and Panic Disorder. Because of my long experiences with these conditions I strive to promote an environment of positive mental health while actively seeking to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness in popular culture. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health!

This is first and foremost a safe environment. Everyone here should feel safe and have their voice heard without fear. Bearing this in mind, here are the Community Guidelines, which can change should a situation present itself that requires action. 

• No bullying. This extends to any and all kinds of harassment. Racist/Homophobic/Sexist/etc sentiments are not tolerated under any circumstance. 
• No trigger related or otherwise unsavory joking content. No rape jokes, no jokes at the expense of an individuals sexual identity, no casually dropping language of that variety. In this case, a warning will be usually be given for a first offense but don't try and test it. 
• Our stance on politics: Don't talk about it. Talk about video games, talk about anime, talk about positive mental health. There's already enough dark and hate in the world, this is a safe space away from that. Feel free to pursue private discourse with members but leave it out of the channels. 
• While we are an inclusive and supportive mental health community that encourages being open about your mental health, not all streams share this characteristic. Please don't spill mental health conversations from our community into other communities without the express consent of the individual streamer. To many, the idea of "trauma dumping" is frowned upon, and to others who aren't equipped to engage with it, it can be very off-putting. 
• Be excellent to each other. We're all here to have fun and unwind. This is a place to make friends :)
