The DiCenzo Family was an influential Italian-American crime family based in New Orleans (Saint Denis in the Rockstar universe). They were one of the most powerful family's in the US and had deep roots in organized crime, going as far back as the late 1800's in both the United States and Sicily.

In the current day, the DiCenzo Family has fallen from their former glory due to the vicious onslaught of the RICO laws. The remaining DiCenzo descendants work to establish a renewed form of organized crime, both based on tradition and also adapted to modern times.
