What are coins for? Coins are used to redeem items in the loyalty store or enter the giveaways. You can also convert your channel points into coupons for vouchers in the loyalty store.
How do I use my coupons I redeemed with channel points? Discount coupons can only be used in the channel’s store and will be totally consumed once redemeed. You can check status of your coupons by using "!coupons" command in chat. To use one or more discount coupons, please send me a private message Example:
"Hello, can you make me a [item] with my [amount or ID] coupon please."
⠀⠀We will create the requested item as ⠀⠀quickly as possible, using your ⠀⠀Twitch username (no one other ⠀⠀than the recipient will be accepted) ⠀⠀and the specified item , and I send ⠀⠀you a private message once your ⠀⠀personalized item is available in the store.
What games are your streaming? Streamed games are aligned with the current giveaway, alternating weekly between Star Citizen and EVE Online
Do you build the EvE ships that are in the store? No, I buy them from the market with my own ISKs.
Where are Star Citizen Paints coming from? Everything related to Star Citizen comes from the RSI official store, no grey market.
What is the delay for store redemption? A few hours, just time to get notification.
Where are items delivered? For EVE, in Jita, by private contract. For StarCitizen, directly to your hangar.
/ign doesn't work, why? This is a chat command not directly related to the stream, this might be added later. But when you retrieve an item you have to provide additional informations (ingame name) to complete the redemption.
What games is music from? Playlist is made of several great games : EvE Online, Star Citizen, X4, Stellaris, Empyrion and various others, like RedDead2, Halo, TheWitcher3 and more.
Why does when subbed to the channel I still have ads? Ads help the channel to grow and keep going. You gain channel points faster and 1000 coins coupons for the store upon subscribing for T1, 2000 for T2 and 5000 for T3.
What do i get if i use bits You get a coupon of 25 coins per bit
How can you tell if it's Live or Replay ? The status is displayed at the top in the middle of the stream.

Referral requests must be sent to the streamer via private message on Discord by the referred viewer, after passing the Double Counter verification. The message must include their own Twitch username and the Twitch username of the referrer.
You’ve got a week after your Twitch follow to declare your referrer.
Example:
“Hello, I’m [My Twitch Username] and I’m here thanks to [Your Referrer’s Twitch Username].”
🎉 The referee receives 500 coins upon joining through a referrer.
💰 The referrer earns 500 coins per referee and 50 coins for every 1,000 coins spent in the store by their referee.
🔒 Each referee can have only one referrer.
🌐 There’s no limit to how many referees a person can refer
