I'm Jess (he/him), a lifelong gamer and retro variety streamer from West Virginia, USA. I mostly play adventure games from the '80s and '90s (think King's Quest and Monkey Island), but I also stream newer titles, bad licensed games, and other random stuff that grabs my attention. Lately, I've been obsessed with catching up on the Zelda series.
In real life, I'm a professor who studies games and the politics of pop culture. I'm also the guy who came up with the idea for Stair Quest and launched The Video Game Soda Machine Project, where I'm cataloging screenshots of every soda machine that has ever appeared in a game.
