From scratch 3D printed animatronic with 5 servo motors (2 for mouth, 1 each for neck roll, pitch, yaw).
Face tracking is done via openseeface some of you might know it from the vtuber program vseeface.
Once all of the puppet face positions are calculated it's sent to an Arduino Mega controller out in my shed (motors are loud) recorded on a camera and sent back into my computer.
