Those with silly amounts of money may spend the equivalent of €50 aka 25 subs or 5000 bits (the only people allowed to tip are those who we trust!) to ban a person.
The ban lasts for 2 weeks. You may unban yourself through spending the same amount (you can do this through Effie's wishlist, listed as UNBAN/BAN).
Once said banned person is unbanned, they have immunity from being banned for 1 month (unless they're banned for another reason).
