Together we can make a difference for men's health – in overall general, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. https://movember.com/m/14313057?mc=1
TWO WOLVES: A Cherokee Legend "Aniwahya" (Cherokee syllabary:ᎠᏂᏩᏯ) is the "Wolf Clan"
An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. "A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight, and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going inside you - and inside every other person, too."
The Grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
I'm a firm believer of the pay-it-forward belief so any donations you are kind enough to throw my direction are always recognized, never expected, most importantly always appreciated and most definitely always paid forward to others in need. https://www.paypal.me/Elderwolf569
Mental health is so so so important, and an issue very close to my heart (and mind). If you are suffering from a mental health issue, PLEASE reach out to someone in your life who you trust. You will always be welcome to come here to talk (but please keep in mind that I am not a mental health professional or any kind of expert). If you can't talk to anyone you know, I highly encourage you to reach out to any of these organizations that have hotlines, websites, online chats, forums and other mental health resources to help you to get the help you need.
