Hey Howdy Hello! So, you're like most others and think "Wow, that Journeyman guys is really cool! I wonder what his background is." Well, my mighty fine little blunder weasel, do I have a tale for you...
Actually, maybe it's best to save the fun stuff for when I'm live. But, I can tell you that I've been playing video games since the dawn of time. When dinosaurs roamed the Earth, I was there, playing Pong.
Played for so long that I ended up going to Dallas for a Nation wide Halo tournament when that first came out.
Spent over $2000 on songs for Rock Band/Guitar Hero. And ended up getting a job where I LITERALLY was paid to beat people on Rock band AND Guitar Hero. No joke. It was great.
Then I started adulting. But maintained the lifestyle of "Gamer."
And in between all of that, managed to work in construction. Jumped around for a bit between trades, but ended up LOVING electrical work. Something about going to work and knowing you might die that day just made we wanna just...WORK HARD, yuh know?
Anyway, now I'm an Electrical Journeyman and Contractor. Proud owner of my own Solar/Electrical Company. I bid on the project, and I do the work.
So, believe it or not, when I'm not sitting at the PC, I'm plugging things in and turning lights on.
I'm also an Instructor for a Solar class and Electrical class at our local community college here in the Southern most portion of New Mexico, where I live.
Now that I think about it, I'm like...SO busy...
