Cat Computer Commands

99 bits - Squeaky Hammer bop a random chatter and time them out for 30 seconds

100 bits - cheer100 @ a vulnerable chatter put them on the CLUCK bar

125 bits - cheer125 @ use a paper fan on someone or receive a paper fan item if no user is targeted

200 bits - cheer200 @ use a mallet on someone or receive a mallet item if no user is targeted
