About a month ago, I heard the bushes in our backyard rustling... That's when I found out there was a big, chonky hedgehog living amongst us. Her name is Zespri the Kiwi, or Zeppy for short. She's the OG hedgehog and is the one who visits us the most (almost daily).
Ever since then I've had visits from other hedgehogs as well. They usually come between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (CET), hence the timing of these streams.
My love for these hedgehogs is kinda getting out of hand (cue the multiple custom-made hedgehog sleeping houses, improv restaurant with custom-made restaurant sign, and 2 other feeding spots that are out of camera...). The European hedgehog isn't doing well in our country due to urbanization, climate change and all that, so I'm trying to help them by providing them with food (and the bugs in our yard) and plenty of shelter.

"Needles" seems pretty self-explanatory. "Noodles" refers to the slugs that torment my garden and crawl all over the hedgehogs' food.

If you see or hear a sick hedgehog during the stream, please let me know so I can bring him/her to the nearby hedgehog shelter. This website contains an audio example of how ill hedgehogs sound.
