I have a condition called peripheral spondyloarthritis that can affect my hands. To reduce the strain/fatigue for my hands and elbows, I always use a controller to game, and for more complex control schemes, I play games using a combination of my hands and my feet.
I am also an ambulatory wheelchair user due to nerve damage in my lower back which makes weight bearing on my right leg extremely painful. I am able to walk a few paces, stand very briefly and use foot pedals, but for anything more I use my wheelchair.
