We push each other to gain industry experience through certifications and system build projects.
The goal is to have fun and learn techniques to be a better engineer, the byproduct is gaining relevant experience that can gain roles that generate more money in the real world.
If you have something technical you want me to review, if you allow me to do it on Discord or stream, for everyone, I will always do it for free.
