A cosy co-working corner for everyone to get focused and pursue their goals together!
Whether you're studying, working, arting, or pursuing a hobby, we welcome you to sit down and enjoy some productive focused vibes as you smash through those tasks.
I work in pomodoro style cycles, usually with 50 minutes of focus and 10 minutes of break per hour. During focus, I usually lock in and don't participate in chat, and I don't talk on mic at all during productivity streams. You're welcome to work along with my timer, or you can find and follow the flow that suits you best instead!
Do feel free to let us know what you're working on and hang out with the other productivity club members in chat :)
Let's fight on and do our best! 🍀
I'm a mathematics student from Australia, studying various topics in the field of category theory (or as it is affectionately known, 'Abstract Nonsense'). I love maths (although I know it isn't for everyone), and I've been studying and teaching maths for over 10 years! If you have any questions, I'm always happy to help out :)
I'm also a hobbyist developer, so you'll sometimes spot me working on little productivity projects! I mainly speak Python, JS, and C.
Plus I'm a cute purple croc! Headpats are always welcome, and I don't bite 💜
Share what you're working on and see how long it took you!
For the full command list, including tracking multiple tasks in your !plan, check out our documentation!
These commands also work on #discord, and you can see your historical tasks and times there with !history (link your account first with /profiles link twitch on discord!)
Finding chat too engaging or distracting when you're trying to lock in? I do too, you're all too fun to chat with! That's why I made the hyperfocus system to remind us to focus and show chat that you're locking in:
If you want to use this on your own stream, you can invite croccyfocus here! Hyperfocus mode is shared across all channels who use it.
We love tracking things! We have lots of small "counter commands" with leaderboards just for fun. A few of the most used ones:
Each command can be used on its own, or with a count or details. E.g. "!pushups 10" adds ten pushups, and "!tea 2 Earl Grey, Hot" adds two Earl Grey teas. The counters also track who added to them and when, so each counter has a leaderboard (e.g. !pushupslb or !pushupslb month) and you can also see your personal historical stats for each counter on discord with e.g. !counterstats pushups or !counterstats pushups month
