Originally born in Maine, I spent the majority of my life in North Carolina before I joined the Military. I have been passionate about health and wellness since 2007 and went on to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science. I'm equally as passionate about all things related to the 2nd Amendment and enjoy recreational shooting. Additionally i'm an avid fan of the outdoors and plan to move back to the Mountains of North Carolina one day.
