In which regions do you play? I mostly play in NA, and sometimes in EUW (ping of 120ms).
What type of smite do you take? I currently take Blue Smite.
First Strike or Dark Harvest? I use Dark Harvest in the Jungle and Dark Harvest in the Bot lane.
Who are the best supports for Karthus? Rell, Nautilus, Leona, Nami (preferably when in the jungle), and Senna.
Exhaust or Flash in Jungle? Exhaust is good when they are heavy melee champions / Assassins, but I go flash mostly
