• i have a disorder that ripped up half my throat and it makes it difficult to use the lower half of my voicebox during prolonged speech due to it being painful and causing more physical damage and loss of voice
• tldr it hurts a lot and damages my voicebox more if i talk differently to this for a long time
• im going to die from it and spread it to all of twitch in 7 days
