Beyblades are composed of 3 parts:
The blade which determines how it behaves when it makes contact, whether that's deflecting attacks or more aggressively killing their momentum.
The ratchet which determines its height and notches which effectively are it's weakpoints that allow a blade to "burst it" 3-60 refers to a 3-notched 6.0mm height ratchet.
The bit which determines how it's behaves while its spinning- a more pointed bit will usually gravitate towards the center and emphasize spinning in place while a more flat one causes it to move about the arena more aggressively or favor making contact with the rails outside of the arena. (attack types.)
so a breakdown of an example Beyblade would be ImpactDrake 9-60LR (Blade)(9-notches, 6.0mm)(LowRush bit)
One last thing to note about bits is attack-oriented bits (flatter usually) have an additional layer of thickness around the base that tighten the ratchet making it harder to burst. This is for the sake of balance as attack types are usually the ones immediately going for hits.
