My name is Luke, but you can call me Lucius! I started streaming in August of 2020 with the goal to keep up my video gaming through law school, and lookie here, I made it to the other side.
I’m currently using my J.D. to work a non-attorney job because I hate the idea of ever setting foot in a courtroom. I live in Memphis, TN with my gorgeous and amazing wife as well as my pug, Rocky, and cat, Riley. You’ll probably see them on stream if you stick around.
I love story-based games and prefer single player experiences, but you’ll catch me playing some other types of games every so often. Dragon Age is my favorite game series, and if you bring it up, you can make me rant about it for a whole stream. Exercise caution.
I take pride in allowing people to pretty much discuss anything on my stream. Feel free to bring up spicy, controversial, or personal topics. Just know that if I dismiss it, it’s just something that’s a bit over the line for me, personally. But that rarely happens.
Lastly, beware my jokes. They’re all terrible.
Be kind. This is the most important rule. If you start harassing or insulting a member of chat (in bad faith), you better be ready for that ban hammer.
No racism or bigotry of any kind. Racism is never okay, and I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. So if you make anyone in those communities (or otherwise) feel unwelcome, you're outta here.
Don't dox people. That includes myself, but also don't come into chat just telling people where others live. Das not cool.
No commercial advertisement or transactions. This isn't the place for that, man. Like... why?
Don't worry about mature content, that's fine. Just be respectful about it if you're gonna say something weird.
Don't insult dogs. Mine or otherwise (This is kind of a joke, but also kind of not - you probably won't get banned, but I'll lecture you).
You can be brutal toward me as long as it's in good fun. Don't just insult me for no reason, though. I don't like that. My self-esteem is low enough as it is.
Politics are fine, but don't bash someone because they don't conform to your way of thinking. I try not to do that myself, and I certainly don't condone it.
Please don't push topics if I dismiss them. If I'm doing that, it means it's too personal or I'm just not ready to talk about it.
Last, but certainly not least, make some buds! We would love to have you as a member of our little community, and as long as you're not a dick, you'll be welcomed with open arms.
I always try to keep my Discord community up to date on when streams are happening/not happening, at least when I can. The Twitch schedule page should also mostly be up to date. So be sure to check those places for specifics. But let me explain my whole shtick.
So, my whole thing is that I do Wife's Choice, Boiz Nights, and Whatever Days. "Wife's Choice" is where my wife picks whatever game she wants me to play and I do it, willing or not (hasn't been happening lately, but might come back). "Boiz Nights" are for multiplayer games with close friends and sometimes involved members of the community. The "Whatever Days" are for ME - I play whatever I feel like playing; it will usually be me on my own, but I might mix it up sometimes.
Additionally, I ask for subscribers' recommendations for one stream when their birthday rolls around - see the Discord for more info if you're a subscriber.
