Real time tactical game set within the Aliens universe. Lead your squad of marines through the extremely hostile environment of a colony slowly being taken over by a Xenomorph infestation. Managing your squad carefully, regulating stress, trauma and training, is key to success as you upgrade their skills, unlock weapons and research tech to make them stronger and face bigger and badder challenges. Nails the atmosphere and intensity of the franchise, interesting story, engaging gameplay.
They keep pumpin them out and we keep playin them! The Army Men series is in full swing at this point with publisher/developer 3DO releasing multiple games every year, year after year. In this entry Sarge and series newcomer Tina Tomorrow need to save the Earth from alien invaders.
Despite some fun locations and new weapons, Toys in Space is marred by poor controls, camera issues, dumb AI and a frustrating late game difficulty spike that sucks out any little enjoyment you were having. Unfortunate.
An interesting real time strategy spin-off of the mech game G-Nome. A storm of war gathers as four species: the Humans, Darkens, Mercs, and Scorps, fight for dominion over the planet Gift 3, where a powerful artifact resides.
A standard RTS where each factions units, other than the end game unit that has a special ability, are the same. However each faction plays slightly different based on its strengths and weaknesses in sturdiness, damage, cost and speed which makes for some interesting encounters with rival factions.
With four factions at 12 missions each Dominion is a long game, most RTS of the time this would have been a base game plus expansion so if you enjoy a typical RTS experience (as I do) you'll get a lot of mileage. Check it out.
A more simplified and action focused take on the mecha/giant robot simulation genre with a fun twist: you can hijack other mechs.
G-NOME uses this gimmick regularly in its missions, where you'll start without a mech, or with a weak one, and need to sneak into enemy territory to acquire another. Equipped with a weapon that forces the AI to eject out of their mech (or tank, or defensive tower) and then steal it is a lot of fun, until they do it back to you.
Missions are short, but difficult, where you need to figure out through trial and error exactly what to do to complete it. AI teammates can be dumb in pathfinding, but then again so can the AI enemies which you can use to your advantage. Crushing enemies with your vehicle never gets old.
Overall an enjoyable romp that you should check out if you're a fan of the genre.
The finale of the expansion storyline with a full campaign with the new Elven faction. The Elven Kingdom has split, repulsed by the lavish nature of Elven society and the Elven Queen, a group of Elves return to deep to the forest and their roots, only to find the undead hordes of Mortis are swarming the once peaceful lands.
Playing the base Reign of Heroes campaign "Bane Wars" in the Darklords Rising re-release of the game, which adds additional unit types, spells and heroes. A fun turn-based strategy game with incremental refinements over an already engaging gameplay formula.
Mighty Warlords arise after the dreaded Lord Bane and his undead horde overrun the land. Conquer, defend and unite under your banner, discover hidden artifacts in ancient shrines, learn powerful abilities, forge alliances and crush would-be claimants to the throne!
An elf named Elli who, along with a talking magic wand Ellon, heads to the depths of a devastated dwarven citadel to find out what happened there. Wield powerful weapons, barter with a dragon and her treasure horde, drink dwarven ale with drunk ghosts and slay deadly enemies in this light dungeon crawler.
Hiro Miyamoto, teaming up with friends Superfly and Mikiko, set to stop the evil Kage Mishima from changing the future. Travel to different time periods helping various characters and setting events right while mastering the powerful Daikatana, an ancient and magical sword of unlimited possibilities. While there are some similarities, the Gameboy Colour version of Daikatana is quiet different from its PC/Console counterpart. A tightly focused top-down action adventure game that's quiet fun, while initially only afforded a limited European release, it was later provided by John Romero for all to enjoy.
After the first games success 3DO was quick to release a sequel. Ramping up the toy soldier setting, now you leave the backyard and lead Sarge (and his troops) through various real world locations such as the kitchen, bedroom, garage and more. Refined gameplay, tighter focus, more presentation and overall more fun than the first.
The game that launched a massive (some would say bloated) series. Watch your plastic, green and tan toy-soldier figurines come to life and vie for control of the battlefield. Lay destruction in your wake as you call in air strikes and paratrooper drops, ride tanks and jeeps, turning enemy soldiers die into piles of plastic bits and puddles of goo. Take on the role of Sarge, a grizzled veteran leading his troops through desert, alpine, and swampy settings, grabbing weapon power-ups and blasting his way to victory in this squad-level real-time action/strategy hybrid.
Command Jason and his Argonauts in this Naval based RTS. Construct your coastal town and fleet, recruit heroes like Hercules, Odysseus and Perseus, collect powerful artifacts and magic, battle mythical monsters and rival empires while on the ultimate quest for the legendary Golden Fleece. Recommended for those looking for a slightly different RTS experience.
Based on the film of the same name, but not following the films plot, you command either the Gorgonites or Commando Elite in this squad based action strategy game. No resource gathering or base building, you select your team and navigate various houses, stores and facilities accomplishing various goals. Game maintains the spirit of the movie, with numerous funny cutscenes and in-game dialog along with Tommy Lee Jones reprising his role as Major Chip Hazard.
Expansion to the beloved grand scale RTS, experience all the conflict, intrigue, greed and power as you play through the rise and fall of The Roman Empire. Relive key moments in history with challenging campaigns including Augustus Caesar vs Cleopatra and Marc Anthony, and Hannibal. Along with the expanded content, the base game received a large amount of gameplay tweaks, refining an already great game. Be ready for a challenge as the new missions are massive, complex and more difficult, designed for those looking to test their resolve. Recommend!
Build your own space fleet and stand opposed to the Particulate, a massive swarm of physics based blobs.
As Chief Executive Ticon you should have been the Galactic Executive Officer.... but you aren't. Instead, you and small corporation of dedicated employees have ventured into Redacted Space risking your fortunes and your lives. What you find will challenge your tactical and strategic skills as you adapt to a threat that surrounds and engulfs.
Great fun from the developers of the Creeper World series. Do recommend!
The second in three expansions with two mini-campaigns focusing on the Damned and Undead. Despite the avatars death, Brethrezens spirit yet still lives. The Legions of the Damned are bent on chaos, rampaging across the land spreading Brethrezen's plague to distract from their greater purpose. Scorned by betrayal and obsessed with revenge, the Undead Goddess Mortis has resummoned her Hordes to venture deep into the forests to wipe out the Elves once and for all. A must play for fans of both the series and turn based strategy games.
The Witch Lord is back, and the heroes enter the ruined city Kalos to find and defeat him once again. More challenging, designed for those who have beaten the main game and looking for more great HeroQuest fun.
The famous fantasy-themed board game faithfully brought to computer. The evil Wizard Morcar must be defeated by a group of heroes made up of a wizard, a dwarf, a barbarian, and an elf. Each character has different strengths and weaknesses, find weapons, items, gold and artifacts to help along the way. Great conversion and a lot of fun.
The first in three expansions with two mini-campaigns focusing on the Humans and Dwarves. Squabbling leaders of the Empire of Men fight for control as an unchecked threat sweeps through the kingdom. The Mountain Clans, have gone back into seclusion, are on a quest deep within the mountains to reunited their scattered people, rebuild their Order and uncover an ancient ritual that will let them commune with their god. A must play for fans of both the series and turn based strategy games.
A decade has passed since the First Great War and while the Mountain Clans and Empire of Man were able to stop the Legions of the Damned and the Undead Hordes, the cost was too high.
As a broken Empire rebuilds, the Dwarves return to their homelands in hopes to find a new Leader. The Legion, thought defeated, lurks in the shadows of their cult network continuing work to free their entrapped god and Mortis, the Undead goddess, seeks to resurrect her lost partner.
As you assume the role of each factions Champion, the epic saga unfolds in this incredible turn based strategy title. Highly recommend!
They say imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, then Joymaxs Atrox must be the ultimate display of admiration for Blizzards StarCraft.
Everything you'd expect is here: three factions, resource gathering, base building, troop hoarding. So why play it? Why not!
Here's the absolutely wild description on the box: "In 2334 AD, a descendent of Albert Einstein attempted to separate the good and evil present in mankind into two different types of cells - the Black and White angels. The Black angels gave rise to special human cyborgs called Createse while the White angels gave rise to the Intelion. Now the Createse, Intelion and the last humans on earth have to fight it out for their own land in a battle known as the Atrox War."
Two adopted sons, now Generals in the Kings army, fight against each other after one disagrees with the Kings decision of successor. One aligns with the King, while the other, aligned with some nobles, attempts to overthrow the Kingdom.
A standard RTS with a card deck minigame which only seems to change what units are available in a given scenario. An interesting story and mix of high fantasy and sci-fi setting that's dragged down by poor balancing, poor sound design and a difficultly wall that makes it near impossible to advance.
2045: Earths resources are dwindling and global relations are falling apart. The search for a resource rich mining planet is successful and two specialized teams rapidly deploy to lay claim first. Landing on the planet tensions break out and both factions battle for planetary control.
Decent graphics, some funny unit sounds, refined satisfying gameplay, very by the numbers with some very difficult missions. If you're looking for a solid meat-and-potatoes RTS with some challenge, then this'll fit the bill.
Roughly based on the second Jurassic Park film this real time strategy game streamlines gameplay and focuses on the important things: recruiting dinosaurs to chomp down on invading poachers. Assemble your team of characters from the movie, build your base, collect resources, do research and escape before becoming dino dinner. All the major actors from the film do extensive voice work for the game including Richard Attenborough, Julianne Moore, Vince Vaughn and Jeff Goldblum.
Guide your small tribe through the Stone Age to the Iron Age from basic survival to epic civilization. Conquer lands, discover world secrets, amass wealth to rule supreme. Great graphics, music and story presentation based on real world history with a decent progression flow sprinkled with a few hardcore 90s RTS missions that vets will enjoy. This grand scale beloved RTS established itself as a long standing leader in the genre.
In this sequel to Jurassic War, the fragile peace between the remaining tribes of Humans, Elves and Tyranos (dinosaur people) is thrust into chaos when the Demon force invades the Jurassic Island.
Build your empire, train and upgrade your troops and secure victory against rival factions in this traditional RTS.
Fun characters and sound design, straight forward but interesting gameplay, entertaining but convoluted storyline.
One Hundred Years since Evil was banished from the land, it has emerged once again. Choose between the forces of Light or Darkness in this RTS/RPG hybrid. Along with the traditional RTS formula you command powerful heroes who drive the story in Action RPG styled scenarios. Solid gameplay, great graphics, fun story and characters.
Playing the original 1996 DOS release. Two robot factions (Red and Blue) rush to secure as much territory and resources as possible in an attempt to overwhelm the other factions base. Free-roaming real-time strategy boiled down to its basics: secure the area, build troops and crush the opposition! With over the top CG scenes, humorous unit feedback and high quality presentation it's no wonder this is a cult classic. Only hampered by terrible pathfinding, poor grouping and frustrating AI. General Zod demands nothing but total victory!
Long format turn based strategy. Customize and upgrade your character while exploring a massive fantasy world filled with various kingdoms and creatures. Form alliances, manage your cities and resources, research magic and discover mighty artifacts, choose mission paths while on an epic quest to the Valley of Wonders. Which ending will be revealed by your choices?
Humans, a fledgling race, have emerged onto the world, unruly and restless the Humans we're a source of friction to the once peaceful lands. Tensions boil over and the Humans attack the Elven court, causing the Elves to split into two factions, one vowing revenge while the other seeking peace. Choose your side and choose to bring diplomatic peace back to the lands or rule with an iron fist.
Highly recommend for turn based strategy fans!
Playing the original 1997 DOS release. A standard but very fun RTS where rapid building and mass unit production are key to victory.
The not so distant future; nuclear war has devastated Earth and what remaining humans left are divided into two factions: the Survivors, those who were able to escape to underground cities, and the Evolved, mutated humans who rule the surface.
Tensions and desperation between what few resource are left escalates to full scale conflict over who will dominate the post-apocalyptic wasteland.
Eons ago, once great human empires succumbed to the unrelenting Creeper, the universe is dead, or is it?
Awaken as The Sleeper, frozen in time for billions of years, explore and restore star systems overrun by the Creeper while searching for the remnants of humanity.
RTS/Tower defense hybrid with unique thermodynamic physics based game play featuring an enemy that flows through the map. Repel the Creeper through multiple means while recovering artifacts and technology to escape each star system.
Do recommend for strategy fans looking for something different and engaging.
Free-roaming sandbox FPS RPG where the player carefully balances allegiances while doing the dirty work for 6 warring factions. Drive, fly and sail multiple vehicles, learn skills based on use rather than XP, explore a large and lush fictional South American country while picking up clues about the disappearance of a family member. While broken in many aspects, this is a lot of fun and very much recommend.
Continuing the first time playthrough of the Command & Conquer series. Now onto the massively celebrated prequel. Playing the original DOS release. Plenty of gameplay refinements over the first C&C, enjoyed this quiet a bit.
What if Hitler never existed? Einstein pondered the question and created a time-machine to eliminate Hitler as a young man, thus preventing World War II as history remembers it. However, Einstein stopped one evil only to create another - because Stalin's Soviet Union is now poised to conquer Europe... and Allies must stop them!
Turn based tactical strategy game from designer Julian Gollop (X-COM). Laser Squad has you assemble a small group of specialists sent on various missions: assassinate targets, rescue trapped miners, sabotage a corporate database, defend a station from a droid assault and escape from a colony after stealing blueprints for a new spaceship.
Engaging gameplay, great music, fun presentation and intense moments make this a recommended must play. Short and non-committal make it easy for pickup and go sessions.
War rages between the Human forces of Queen Azarel and the Beast horde of Chief Zog. Collect resources, build your kingdom, recruit armies and search for powerful wizards, each of whom have their own powerful spells to turn the tide of battle in your favour. Focused strategy working with small groups of troops, balancing risk and caution, to achieve victory.
Great music, cheerful graphics and light gameplay make this a fun play. Highly regarded and often overlooked real time strategy game for the GBC. Fans of the genre should give this a look.
Playing through all the Aliens vs Predator first person shooter titles!
Alien Vs Predator (1994) ▪ Atari Jaguar
Aliens Versus Predator (1999)
Aliens Versus Predator 2 (2001)
Aliens Versus Predator 2: Primal Hunt (2002)
Aliens vs Predator (2010)
Real time strategy with a heavy focus on unit management. Play as either Aliens, Predators or Humans, each with their unique characteristics and gameplay elements that are adapted from film and comic sources. One of the few strategy games in the franchise. A lot of fun, especially playing as the Predators or Aliens.
A human colony awakens a dormant Alien hive on planet LV-742, as Marines arrive to deal with the outbreak a young clan of Predators take notice and come to prove themselves to their leaders. As the chaos continues the Weyland-Yutani Corporation takes advantage of the situation to conduct and test genetic experiments.
Squad-based tactical strategy set post-Dominion War, the Federation creates a covert team of specialists trained to solve problems Starfleet can't officially touch. Assemble your squad from select Medical, Engineering, Security, Science and Command experts according to your specific mission objectives.
Fun game with great presentation and beautiful pre-rendered environments that's only hampered by a large difficulty spike during the last 1/3rd of the game. Highly recommended for any Trek fan.
Featuring an extensive voice cast including Brent Spiner (Data), Michael Dorn (Worf) and many others from the TV series.
Tactical strategy with interactive FMV debriefings. Doesn't quiet get the real time combat right as it often feels confusing and not entirely in your control. The game would likely better be suited as a turn based but overall an enjoyable experience.
Race against time as your selected team of specialized agents take on cultists, terrorists, gangs, drug lords, escaped prisoners and people gone postal.
Strong empathises on non-lethal neutralization of targets, saving hostages and negotiations with success heavily relying on research and planning.
Real time strategy prequel set 20 years before the Halo trilogy. Lead the crew of the UNSC "Spirit of Fire" as they fight against the Covenant and discover the secret under the forcibly excavated human colony planet.
Fun campaign that streamlines much of the RTS gameplay process and tries to avoid most of the genre tropes. Plenty of mission variety, doesn't overstay its welcome, great presentation.
First time playing the classic, superlative real time strategy game. Playing the original DOS release. Had a blast with this.
The Brotherhood of Nod and the Global Defense Initiative fight not only for global supremacy, but also over the mysterious extraterrestrial resource known as Tiberium which is highly valuable yet lethal to direct human contact.
In an alternate history World War II various faction alliances fight for dominance. Construct your base, gather resources and a wage large-scale slaughterfest with ground, naval and air units while chill tunes play in the background. This is an a-typical by the books RTS with some nice visuals and solid gameplay.
X-COM lite with a focus on combat and beefy beefy men with big guns. Short but thoroughly enjoyable.
Command a highly classified elite special forces unit with a stunning array of specialized combat and reconnaissance capabilities. You've been called to handle the most difficult missions where the odds of success are considered remote under even the most optimistic assessment.
Assemble and take command of a Sabre Team unit of four hand-picked elite S.A.S. agents as they confront delicate and dangerous scenarios involving terrorist threats and hostage situations. Planning ahead and skillful improvisation in the heat of battle are necessary when one wrong move can mean the difference between success and failure. Put your strategic leadership to the test and achieve victory before your enemies even know what hit them.
A unique "simultaneous turn based" strategy game often with harsh mission constraints. Brains in jars fight for dominance over planetary control (general gist of the story). Engrossing and unforgiving.
Your mission: colonize new worlds on distant planets. As the Mission Commander, you and the Mechanized Assault & Exploration (M.A.X.) force under your command are the first ones in. Mining stations, power plants, tactical combat vehicle factories, habitats – it's up to you to plan and construct them.
The entire new colony? You create it. The resources you find there? Control them. Enemies? Crush 'em! And there will be enemies. You're not the only Mission Commander trying to colonize the planets. You'll have to push yourself to the limit to survive the ultimate showdown in strategic warfare. It's espionage, heavy artillery, offensives, counter offensives and intelligence – all with maximum consequences.
In the 14th millennium humanity is fighting for survival against the Creeper; a relentless enemy that flows and oozes through the terrain.
Employing advanced weapons, gravity manipulating repulsors, wormhole like rifts, and your own wit against this never yielding enemy that oozes towards you in this real time strategy / tower defense mix. Very fun and engaging.
Badass turn based strategy game. Great graphics, music and gameplay. Hard as hell but a lot of fun. Highly recommend.
It is the dawn of a new age. The most momentous of wars has begun in the heart of the Sacred Lands.
The Mighty Lords watch silently as their Disciples prepare for the daunting tasks ahead. Each warrior must engage in a struggle of swordplay, sorcery, and uncommon courage in order to complete their sacred quests. The Empire fights to secure their people's future; The Mountain Clans search to regain their rune knowledge; The Undead Hordes seek revenge for their accursed god; and The Legions of the Damned battle to resurrect their fallen angel's soul. It is a struggle of desperation.
Every stroke of a sword, each blast of fiery magic must be endured beyond exhaustion. For once the clouds of destruction clear, lands will have been transformed, new armies will have been forged and the cheers of the liberated will resound throughout the land.
The tribes of the floating island world of Nimbus are at conflict. Build up your island, connecting bridges to other islands, secure elemental resources and use golems and flying machines to capture the other tribes High Priest for sacrifice to your god. Unique concept, visual style and gameplay.
Squad based action strategy in the vein of Crusader: No Remorse.
Dope music, great graphics, shit pathfinding, weird ass perspective.
Mankind is enslaved on a planet run entirely by machines. Using high tech weapons and strategic combat tactics a small group of cyborg soldiers wage a liberation war against the machines that hold society in a death grip.
Colourful tongue-in-cheek presentation, great music and interesting card based powerups give this otherwise a-typical C&C-style RTS enough to keep it engaging and interesting. If you're looking for something familar but different enough would recommend.
A seemingly unstoppable organic mass slowly consumes everything in site, growing in size and power. Moving from planet to planet it overwhelms civilizations, leaving little hope, until a brilliant commander, you, amasses enough technology, force and the strategic know-how to use it to push back The Creeper. Great addictive strategy game, do recommend!
Tough-as-nails real time strategy game with an interesting twist: the variable terrain height allows for elevation strategic advantages. Full control over your units AI allows for various behavours, a vital need to counteract the challenging computer player. Recommended for experienced RTS players.
A colossal war between the Imperium and Freedom Guard is annihilating your world! To save your civilization, you must enter the heart of an empire at war, vanquish both military powers and alter the destiny of a galaxy.
In the year 2000, bacteriological warfare has nearly destroyed civilization. Gangs, mutants, and cannibals run rampant, nowhere is safe. You're the leader of a small gang that accepts a mission from the FBI: locate eight scientists who might be able to develop a vaccine against the deadly disease.
Roam across post-apocalyptic United States and parts of Canada while you grow and manage your gangs members, supplies, weapons and vehicles. Scout cities for supplies and learn clues to the scientist whereabouts. Engage in tactical combat against adversaries. Survive.
Brutally difficult, especially at the beginning, where you can expect to fail often. High tension where one wrong move can cost dearly, but after establishing a strong enough gang you feel indestructible, until you run into an equal match. Recommended.
Earth is barren and mega corporations fight over the limited resources left on the Moon. Careful resource management, unit balancing and use are critical to success. Interesting but odd UI that's contained within "shelves" that you pull out, great dreary atmosphere and relatively short, easily complete in a single sitting.
Grey Aliens and Humans battle for control of the Red Planet in this traditional RTS. Fun moments with the Aliens and discoverable super units keep the game engaging enough to keep the game going. Be aware there's heavy 90s RTS BS with some unfair missions and cheating AI, hunker down and let 'em have it. Overall enjoyed.
Brutal turn based strategy keeps you on the edge of your seat as you guide your ragtag team through a city overrun with mutants. Engaging story, compelling gameplay, great atmosphere, do recommend, just be prepared for the difficulty spikes.
Action RPGs are common enough but adding a sci-fi setting to it sets Harbinger apart from the typical Diablo clone. Great atmosphere, interesting story and competent gameplay, do recommend.
After a cataclysmic event, Earth is barely habitable, those remaining survivors travel to Jurassic Island, a land mass that suddenly formed during the event and is populated by dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. The survivors form into many tribes, each vying for control of the island. An a-typical RTS with a few interesting differences: your units upgrade through action, resources are wild animals that you need to hunt and units can carry various tools, armour and weapons to aid them. A lot of fun, do recommend.
"Warcraft 1.5" would be best to describe this historically inspired RTS regarding the 16th century Japanese invasions of Korea. Some cool gameplay additions such as trade, raft battles and day/night/weather cycles keep the game engaging. Recommend.
The classic stealth action game that set the basis for the franchise juggernaut. Sneak your way through a massive stronghold to capture war plans and ultimately escape. Tense gameplay lends to fun moments of panic, do recommend although the controls do take getting used too.
An epic quest for the Sceptre of Order to reunite the four continents. Choose what hero you will be: knight, paladin, barbarian or sorceress and command legions of fantasy creatures defeating rival lords to uncover parts of the map to reveal the Sceptres location. A great turn based strategy game that laid the foundations for so many to come. Recommended.
An unfortunately poor sequel that felt more like a rushed and broken expansion to a previously great game. Cramming the four alien races into two factions and introducing two human factions, despite the different disciplines (and scientist vs military trope), wasn't the best move. Thankfully the same interesting gameplay of the first and fantastic art and atmosphere is still present.
The sequel takes the already engaging strategic gameplay of the first and expands on it in all the best ways. Troop placement is paramount along with completing quests and finding artifacts to upgrade your Warlord. This is the first strategy game where I felt forming careful alliances was effective and successful. Beyond the typical fantasy setting Warlords II allows for a multitude of settings: sci-fi, pirates, historical and just plain fun and silly (dumptrucks, animals, etc.). Highly recommend.
Four alien races are locked in combat, all with a different purpose, stories and endings that all tie together in the end. I appreciated the complete absence of humans and focus on the alien races and world. An interesting take on the RTS genre, where your base units can be trained into different disciplines as needed which I found refreshing. Fantastic art and atmosphere. Recommend.
Turn based strategy distilled down to its basics where the focus on troop placement is paramount to victory. Don't be fooled by the simple graphics and initial gameplay, you'll find a complex and engaging strategy experience as you face off against 7 computer players at the same time. Recommend.
Expanding on the foundation of the first, this sequel piles on loads of extras: new factions, heroes, spells, units, items, maps and more. Branching storyline involving two rival brothers allows you to choose where to take your leadership. This is an absolute must play.
An interesting spin off from the massive RPG franchise, this classic title built on its predecesors (Kings Bounty) to become the basis of its own massive strategy franchise. Choose your faction: warlock, sorceress, barbarian, or knight and command mighty heroes from the RPG franchise on a quest to conquer a new fantasy land. Fantastic gameplay, music, art and more. Highly recommended.
The massive sequel that established a franchise, solidified a genre and rooted this game as a seminal title. Warcraft II along with Command and Conquer established the RTS genre. Orcs and Humans are at it again, with the Orcs winning the first conflict, the Humans form an Alliance to try and reclaim their homeland. Recommend.
Classic RTS that refined the rough edges of a budding genre. Small form strategic combat leveraging limit units for best effect. Humans opening a portal to the Orc homeworld, prompts a conflict that leads to the invasion of the Human homeworld. Recommend.
