If you see high heartrate on stream, do not be alarmed. It is normal. (To me, at least) I have an irregular heartbeat condition called Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT). I've had this condition since born, and I finally got diagnosed in May '24. For the sake of my health, please remind me to calm down if I ever feel stressed or upset.
