Hey there, welcome to my Twitch channel! I'm Proton Jon, and I've been making content online for over 16 years now (as of March 2023).
You might know me from that time I yelled at a cactus in Kaizo Mario World, that time it took me forever to fly through rings in Superman 64, all the times I've yelled playing Mario Party in The Runaway Guys, you might know me for something else entirely, or you might be meeting me for the very first time.
No matter how you got here, thanks for being here. I stream a variety of content 3 times a week, from the NES up to modern day systems. You'll never know what we'll end up playing next, so hang out and come along for the ride.

Fortune Cookie - Chat votes on what game we play based on a randomized list & viewer suggestions we pull every 45 minutes.
Game Clearing - We try to finish a game that I've never beaten before, either picked by myself, mods, or subs.
Power Trip - We run raffles, and whoever wins them gets to pick the next game we play on stream.
Race Night - Myself and the mods race against each other in different retro games.
High Risk Fortune Cookie - We run the cookie, and the first game that comes up, we play it.
Whatever -day - I just pick whatever I wanna play, sometimes do polls.

Q: When's the Youtube channel / Superman 64 coming back?
A: No set date, some stuff's been recorded but I haven't been able to focus on making more stuff or get it edited.
Q: Why is there a "no RPGs" rule for fortune cookie streams?
A: Most RPGs take a long time to start and that's not fun for anyone. There are some exceptions (e.g. Chrono Trigger), but otherwise if an RPG appears in the cookie, it won't be considered.
Q: Who made your Emotes/Cheermotes?
A: A number of different people worked on emotes. cdigames made the majority of them, and Keyligraphy Ink made most of the recent ones. MegaGWolf made the Bit Badges and JDude made the Cheermotes.
Q: Why can't I post poll links?
A: We crashed Straw Poll years ago, so I just ask people don't do it anymore and that only mods post polls.
Q: Where did the whole egg thing come from?
A: Jon LP'd Resident Evil 5, where a running gag was Chris Redfield eating an egg applause. When Jon was playing Mercenaries Mode (RE5's multiplayer) for footage, he discovered that Wesker had as a clip, "You will give me an egg," among others, like "CHRIIIIIISSSS!!!" Jon found this hilarious, and it got to the point where it was decided the subscriber icon would be a golden egg. Therefore, when you subscribe, Jon will give you an egg.
Q: Is there anywhere that explains the AltJons or all the characters that people draw on the Booru?
A: Yeah, the Jonaverse Wiki explains the lore of the streams, a bunch of the mascots and characters such as RosaJon, and shows off a bunch of the art people have made over the years.
Q: What's some good advice to keep in mind for this channel?
A: Please be respectful of everyone, and remember, it's still anyone's game.
