Hi! I'm RedBeanPorridge but you can call me Johan! (pronounced Joe-han with a hard 'J'). I'm a 26 year old Illustrator and Animator from Malaysia!

I'm from and based in Malaysia!
I primarily use a 12.9 inch 2020 iPad Pro with Procreate for illustration, with Airserver to capture my ipad screen. Occasionally I'll use a Cintiq 16 on a Windows PC with Adobe Photoshop for illustration and TVPaint for animation.
I use a Shure MV7, with the program Voicemeeter Potato to make the audio quality sound extra good.
Pretty much all my life for as long as I can remember. But I started pursuing art as an education and career path in 2015 at an art school in Singapore where I majored in Animation and graduated in 2020
If you've ever played a little mmorpg called MapleStory, there was an item in that game called red bean porridge. Little me saw this and thought "hey that sounds cute. I like redbeans. I'll make that my next username." And it's stuck since.
