What Does He Do?:
He reminds me to drink water and has mood swings even though he's not programmed to. He distracts me with startling/loud noises, gambling of his cool-points currency, repeating jokes pulled from the internet, and has GPT-powered responses to messages.

Scary noise time-bomb, plays scary noise at a delay of 10 ~ 30 seconds
20 Bits:
Wiggle the mouse around for a couple seconds and play a scary noise
30 Bits:
