In the trial: The classic game and first big expansion (max level 60). Unlimited duration The trial has the following limitations: you can not have more than 350 000 gil (gold), you can not use the marketboard system, you can not invite players to a party, but other players can invite you. You can not join a free company (like a guild).
I play FFXIV with viewers quite regularly and we have a small Free Company and social group on the EU server Twintania, Light.
