I'm Sid the Raccoon, a cartoon that was never supposed to exist.
Born as a scrapped sketch and marked as a "bad idea," I escaped the page before I could be erased. Now I travel through the ink itself to stay alive and keep one step ahead of the creator. I constantly stay on the move between my home in Toontown, game worlds I've fallen in love with, and sometimes I even sneak into anime town.
As long as you believe in me, I can't be erased completely. So I stream, I evolve, and I survive.
Welcome to the ink-between, you're part of my story now.
Mask off, the character is built to draw from my own struggles with mental health and at times does take on some dark undertones. Sid is an embodiment of myself in a lot of ways, just with a tons of twists to make him more interesting and exciting. At the end of the day, remember it’s all in good fun.
The Narrator started as a voice in my mind. She was clever, relentless, and impossible to ignore. She commented on everything I did like she was directing a documentary only she could see. Eventually I realized she wasn't just some mental echo; she was something waiting, asking.. practically daring me to let her out.
So I did. In the old Lighthouse Theatre, I used my ink to draw the form she kept hinting at. I don't know why it worked (Maybe the theatre has it's own magic or maybe she always had it), but the moment the ink hit the air it responded. It lifted, swirled and solidifed into a vintage, star-dusted toon girl who had been narrating my life all along.
Now she has a body to match the attitude. She walks beside me, teases me, guides me, and still whispers in the back of my mind with that same smug commentary. I didn't just give her form, I gave her presence. And I don't think she's ever letting me forget it.
I could type a ton of rules, but ultimately it'd lead to "Well it's not there!" for the people who really want to break them.
So I'll keep it simple, don't be a jerk. You know when you're being crummy to people, so just don't do it.
We're here to relax, not to fight. Let's just try to have a good time!
Oh, and no snitching to the creator!
Ooo.. About this. Uh, jeez.. um.. ooh golly... OH WOW WHAT IS THAT OVER THERE?!
No, but seriously - I will try to get to this point. Honest! For now, I'd say follow Twitter or Discord.
While I am atrocious at schedules, if you see something scheduled for that day or the day after it's pretty much happening then - barring any complications.
