Every good place needs a few rules in place.
1) RESPECT EACH OTHER. This is no place for harassment. Respect one another's wishes and boundaries, as you would like to be treated yourself. This also includes no sexual harassment. If anyone is found to make anyone else uncomfortable - it will be an instant ban and report. There are no second chances.
2) Pace yourself. Everyone goes at a different pace, feel different things everyday, emotionally and physically. Push yourself to go that little bit more, little bit more, but if you're tired and you need a break, never be ashamed of just taking a step back and having some time to relax.
I swear, the work that you didn't finish, will finish itself once you're energetic and ready to go.
Also, remember to eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner. Have water with you, keep yourself hydrated. Take a walk every hour or so, go to the washroom, stretch, look at some greenery.
Don't be too focused on working and forget about how your body is feeling.
Hi! Welcome to my channel, my name is Faye, and I am currently a Year 3 Vet Medicine student at the University of Edinburgh.
I realised that I work so much better with people around me, but moving all of my set up to study outside with people became inconvenient really quickly.
That was why, I created this channel! I wanted to have the feeling of people working hard together around me, and what better way than to stream my study sessions?
I hope that everyone that wanted support, or needed just that bit of extra push would find a safe space to be in, and that my channel and streams can be that place for them.
So come join me, doing that thing that you always wanted to do is not as hard as it seems.
