Ever thought about how much a streamer earns based on your incredible generosity? I am currently a standard affiliate and have a 50/50 split on twitch subs, with twitch.
I’ll break down subs and bits below in Australian Dollars;
1 x T1 Sub = Price $8.99/ Streamer = $4.49
1 x T2 Sub = Price $16.14/ Streamer = $8.07
1 x T3 Sub = Price $40.38/ Streamer=$20.19
Bits= 1.6 cents each
1 x Ad view = 1.6 cents (3 min ads an hour)
Level 1 Affiliate plus earns 60/40 split
This is achieved by earning 100 points in the affiliate plus program. To achieve 100 points, individual people need to hit subscribe themselves (100 x T1, 50 x T2 or 16 x Tier 3) for 3 months consecutive.
Level 2 Affiliate plus earns 70/40 split (Double the effort of Level 1) This affiliate earns the same as a Twitch partner (70 viewers average to qualify)
Bare in mind, those who stream full time, or in certain countries and circumstances are required to pay twitch handling fees and taxes on earnings.
The only way for a streamer to earn 100% revenue is through donations. This is generally done through a 3rd party platform which is not recognised on Twitch, but honoured by the streamer.
I use streamlabs for this purpose, I haven’t actually received a Dono yet and never expect to. If you do decide to hit the Donation Button above, I only ask that you seriously consider your financial situation first.
Donations, like subs and bitties will be used to help me maintain the stream, including internet/ Xbox live/ electricity bill and purchase equipment to upgrade the stream quality. On top of that, it will likely help support a better quality of life for my family and I, and enable us to do things together outside our normal budget.
But out of all these things, the biggest thing I value is each and every member of my community. You guys are priceless and I truely value your time and effort in being present to support the Chanel when I go live 🫶🏽
The intent of this channel is to provide a safe, positive, fun and highly interactive space for everyone.
Feel free to kick back and lurk, chat, join the team or duel other viewers "!duel @twitchname". Consider yourself a bit of a DJ? Show me what you got with the command "!sr
If you want to be part of a positive community that is about pumping each other up, whilst dominating the leaderboards of any game, this is the place for you.
My main content is For Honor, but I also have an alternate day where I play other interactive games, including Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Fortnite, Words on Stream, amongst others to keep chat entertained and involved.
I used to play For Honor with a dedicated Xbox 4 stack most nights, until my team decided to move on to other games, leaving me to solo in lobbies.
I created a twitch account in 2020, for viewing purposes only and obtaining For Honor Drops.
in July 2021, I pressed the 'Start streaming' option on Xbox for fun, that only lasted a month.
In October 2022, I hit the stream option again and kept my empty chat open on my phone. Somehow, the most amazing people started following my channel. My awesome community got me hooked. I don't do things by halves, So, I used money earned from subs to upgrade the stream, which I continue to do.
My goal is to chill with my viewers, play some games together and have a laugh.
There is no expectations for anyone subscribe to me, but really I appreciate those who do. It makes it easier to justify to my wife, why I wake at 3am to stream.
But, this is just a small insight of me. If you'd like to know me better, I'm always open for a chat :).
