I don't have a schedule, just go live when I feel like streaming, but usually it's around 11pm~12am EST.

I hate ads as much as you, but in order to remove pre-roll ads I have to run at least 3 minutes of ads per hour. Subscribing will remove them, or use a working adblocker. (Ad revenue is also greatly increased at 3min/hour, making them a real source of revenue as well).
