Instant ban if you are cheating (e.g., damage mod for Monster Hunter Rise). That being said, do not accuse someone is cheating unless it is sufficiently evident (e.g., with screenshot) because at the end of the day, for me I just want to play the game casually with people, have fun and not be in an extremely uncomfortable environment.
